Difference Between Nylon Extruder and Abs Extruder

Nylon is polyurethane, polyester, and abs is acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, polyolefin.

Polyester is a pseudoplastic fluid, and its viscosity decreases rapidly with the increase of shear, so the screw combination is weaker than polyolefin.

In addition, the configuration of the extruder should also be regarded as the formula. ABS is mostly used for alloy or dyeing. The machine can be shorter, and only one main feeding port is needed. Nylon is mostly reinforced by glass fiber, and glass fiber can't be fed from the main feed, so there must be a side feed opening, and the machine should be correspondingly longer.

However, when configuring the machine, if all the formulas to be made are given to the manufacturer, the manufacturer will consider the configuration required by different formulas, make the machine longer, reserve the opening, and add some screw elements to adjust the combination required by different formulas.
