Shrinking machine

The packaging method with openings at both ends of the shrinking machine: when the cylindrical film is used, the opening of the cylindrical film is first propped up, and then the product is pushed into the cylindrical film with the aid of the chute, and then the film is cut. This method is more suitable for wrapping cylindrical objects such as batteries, paper rolls, bottles and cans. Packaging with cylindrical film, the advantage is that it can reduce the seam and stitching process, and the appearance is beautiful, but the disadvantage is that it cannot meet the requirements of product diversification, and is only suitable for mass single-piece production. When wrapping items, single and double flat films can be used for wrapping. The envelope is wider than the article. Double flat film is used, that is, the upper and lower film envelopes are used. The current film envelope is used to complete the sealing, and then the product is pushed into the vertical envelope by machine or manually. When in place, the sealing and shearing mechanism sags. It is sealed to the middle part of another layer of envelope. After the envelope product is hot pressed, both ends of the envelope shrink into an oval opening. Use a single flat film to unfold the envelope, and insert the middle part of the envelope into the envelope. A horseshoe-shaped film is formed, and the film is then heat-sealed to overlap the film.

Shrink four-sided sealed packaging: the product is wrapped with flat film or cylindrical film around the product, and the joint is sealed with lap joints. The packaging of goods must be sealed. Folding film can adopt L-shaped sealing method, using a roll to fold the film in half, pull the film out of a certain length of film and place it in a horizontal position, mechanically or manually prop up the end of the opening, and push the product into the fold. Can be packed in pillow-shaped bags, single-layer flat film. The invention adopts a single-layer film, first seals the longitudinal seam, forms a tube, presses into the product, and then seals the transverse seam to cut off to make a pillow-shaped package or the two ends are punched and ligated. Use two flat film four-sided sealed packaging, both ends open and close similarly, only need to set the seal on both sides to complete. When coating the film, it is only necessary to cut the cylindrical film, seal, puncture and heat shrink at the same time. There are often puncture needles beside the seal. When heat-sealing, the puncture needle is inserted into the vent hole of the film. After the heat shrinks, the small hole often closes automatically.

One-end packaging: cardboard shrink packaging is a typical example. First, the film is made into a big square bottom bag, and then the big bag is placed on a stacking tray from top to bottom, and then heat-shrinked. Put the loaded products on the conveyor belt, put on the shrink film bag, pass through a heat shrinkable channel, and complete the shrink packaging through the heat shrinkable channel. The main feature of the product is that it can be bundled firmly according to a certain amount, will not be loose during transportation, and can be stacked in the open air.
